Introducing Ms. Lean

She is a bonified, southern, down home cook. Born in Mississippi where her mother was the cook of all cooks. Her mother was cooking almost everyday for people who loved her southern cooking. Well, quite naturally Lean has learned from the best. After 50+ years in the kitchen, she has mastered her mother's style while adding some of her own techniques. Lean has created many special unique dishes.

It is our pleasure to be the first display, advertise and showcase the fantastic dishes from Lean's Kitchen. "Its Our Reality!" Magazine will feature two, yes two, of her mouth watering recipes in every issue. We know you will love them just as much as we do.

You can collect these recipes from each issue and very soon you will be able get her full collection of recipes at one time. We are creating a wonderful cookbook with all her "Down Home Southern Cruisine".
